On November,2024, Standard Pharma and Gattefossé hold the "Lipid Excipient Technology Seminar" at the Westin Nanjing Hotel successfully.
Despite the cold windy weather in Nanjing at the end of November, more than 120 professionals from the pharmaceutical industry get together for the seminar. People explored and conducted in-depth discussions on the application prospects and technological innovations of lipid excipients in the development of high-end generic drugs, innovative drugs and modified new drugs.
Mr. Philippe, the technical director of Gattefossé in France, came from thousands of miles to give a special presentation on the topic "How Lipid Excipients Can Improve the Bioavailability of Poorly Soluble Drugs and Peptide Drugs."
Standard Pharma and Gattefossé also provided innovative ideas on one-stop technical services, research and development of oral controlled-release formulations, taste masking, topical preparations, and suppositories.

As research progresses, BCS Class III and IV new compounds and macromolecular peptides are known widely. And how to improve their bioavailability has become an urgent problem to solve. Gattefossé has greatly improved the bioavailability of these compounds through its developed lipid prescription systems (SEDDS/SMEDDS/SNEDDS), providing a new approach for product development.
