With the deepening of research and development work, more and more new compounds and polypeptide macromolecules of BCS class Ⅲ and Ⅳ have appeared in our vision, and how to improve their bioavailability has become an urgent problem for research and development peers. Our self-developed lipid prescribing system (SEDDS/SMEDDS/SNEDDS) has greatly improved the bioavailability of related compounds, providing a new way of thinking for product development.
In addition, the standard of topical preparations and suppositories has been further improved due to the progress of generic drug conformance evaluation. In the newly released "Guidelines for the Review of the Acceptance of Generic Drug Quality and Efficacy Consistency Evaluation (Draft for Comment)" by CDE, it is shown that the same variety will no longer be accepted after the first approval three years later, and the high-quality excipients of Jiafalsi and its rich technical experience in topical preparations and suppositories can help accelerate the research and development process.
Slow controlled release and mask taste are also the directions of more attention. As a key excipient, the glyceryl behenate of Gattefosse can not only obtain the ideal slow release curve with different diluents, but also have a good application in the field of flavor masking.
