“In the flourishing land of the Qin, amidst 5,000 years of history stands the city of Xi'an.” In 2024, Standard Pharma gathered the team to journey to the ancient city of Xi'an, together listening to history's echoes, feeling the cultural resonance, tasting cuisine that delights the palate, and experiencing the thriving modern energy.
As the capital of thirteen dynasties, every brick and tile in Xi'an tells a thousand-year story. Over three days, we visited the famous Big and Small Wild Goose Pagodas, witnessing the flourishing Buddhist culture of the Tang Dynasty. Our journey also entered the Xi'an Museum and the Terracotta Warriors, each step feeling traveling back in time and space, having a dialogue with the ancients, gazing at history, and experiencing the profundity of Chinese civilization.

“A ride on the red dust as the consort laughs, no one knows it's lychee,” --the timeless romance between Emperor Xuanzong of Tang and Imperial Concubine Yang is deeply rooted in the hearts of people, and we were fortunate to witness the gifts of Hua Qing Pond's springs, as well as the iconic performance of The Song of Everlasting Sorrow, allowing this famed love story to unfold anew against the backdrop of these historic landscapes.
We explored layers of China's 5,000-year history for two days before reaching the Ming Dynasty period. The Ming City Wall, guarding history through wind and rain, still towers majestically. As we climbed the stone steps of this ancient wall, we felt the echoes of history and the weight of time.
Beyond immersing ourselves in history and tasting authentic local delicacies, our company organized a series of unique reunion activities. Five small teams, symbolizing hope, tackled challenges with determination, overcoming obstacles together. We witnessed the lively spirit of our partners, shared imaginative ideas, celebrated our president's birthday, and grew together in unity and laughter during the “Dance of the Demons”...

Currently, employees with 5 or more years in our company account for 53%. With con tinued growth, we welcomed three new members this year to our Standard Pharma family. Together, We nurture the Standard Pharma tree, letting it branch out into a flourishing forest.
Although this journey was only three days, it was far more than a celebration or recreational getaway. It served as a crucible of team spirit, a stage to showcase our company's culture, and a bridge fostering understanding and trust among us. Through this experience, we strengthened our conviction that no challenge is insurmountable as long as we stand united.
